How long does it take to process and ship an order for your boxing gloves?
Usually, our orders are ready for shipment in 24-48h.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location and shipping service provider. We have deliberately chosen a premium provider here to enable you fast service. Please note that we will do everything in our power, but are also dependent on the shipping service provider.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, we provide a tracking number that can be used to track the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation of your order separately from your order confirmation.
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours until you receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost may vary depending on the location and weight of the package.

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?
If your order hasn't been packed yet, feel free to contact us with your requested change. We'll do our best to make it happen by submitting a request to our logistics team.
Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible.
If your order doesn't arrive, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to see what we can do.
How to complain about an order or a product
Do you have a defective item?
We're here to help! Contact us at support@vight-club.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please fill out our return form (click here for the link) with your order number, item being returned, and email address. The more information you provide on the form, the easier and faster the return process will be for both you and us.
After submitting the form, you'll receive an email with a link to create your return label. Simply pack the item and attach the label, then drop off your shipment at the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and keep the receipt for your records.
We'll receive notification of your return and process a refund for the invoice amount as soon as possible.
